Nisha Lobo has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University NY and worked in the machine tool division, her family business for several years. Since 1997 she worked at a component manufacturing business in the US as an Industrial Engineer, lean co-coordinator, Plant Manager and President through 2003. Since then she has lead the supply chain council for a Fortune 500 company where Global sourcing was a key initiative.

Vernon Pontes has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, spent 20 years working for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, running a Hydraulic components business and then a group of companies manufacturing components for the Oil and Gas industry.
